Job Description

Position: Farm Equipment Operator
Pay: $19 - $24/hour (starting wage based on experience)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Modern Machinery : Work with state-of-the-art equipment such as tractors, end-loaders, floaters, spreaders, sprayers (TerraGators and Rogators), and trucks.
  • Transport Agricultural Products : Move products from our facilities to crop fields with precision.
  • Chemical & Fertilizer Application : Accurately mix and apply fertilizers and chemicals to fields using advanced machinery.
  • Customer Service : Assist customers as needed, providing excellent service and support.
  • Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Tech-Savvy : Utilize GPS systems and other high-tech monitoring technology to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with leadership, truck drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Are You a Good Fit?

  • Experience : Previous experience operating heavy machinery or equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Skills : Comfortable using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Willingness to Learn : Must be open to obtaining a Class A CDL (we'll help you with the process!).
  • Clear Background : Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
