We’re seeking a Creative Director to lead creative ideation and concept articulation across our diverse portfolio of brands in the spirits and sauce sector. This role is for someone who has their finger on the pulse of culture, with a hunger to craft ideas that intersect it and a discerning eye for how to thread insights & inspiration into business and press driving ideas across launch phases and channels. This role will have you at one minute ideating a creative platform that can guide a brand’s year ahead, the next, how to break through at the Oscars, to the next, trying to help a brand win the holiday season. Candidate should have a strong eye for building visually compelling decks and narratives, guiding the output for creative mock-ups with design leads, and be comfortable speaking up and representing ideas across interagency and client teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in creative roles, ideally at a PR agency or within a communications-driven agency model
  • Adept multitasker & communicator, comfortable switching between multiple projects and brands within the same day while keeping quality & progress consistent
  • A deep understanding of what makes ideas newsworthy, shareable, and culturally relevant
  • Ability to lead effective ideation & brainstorming against any budget tier, with proven experience tailoring how an idea breaks into culture whether a project has a $100K or $1M budget
  • Strong storytelling skills with a knack for turning cultural insights into compelling creative narratives
  • Experience presenting to & winning the trust of senior clients and internal stakeholders
  • Nice to haves: proficiency in Photoshop or design tools to help with idea mock-up; passion for the spirits, luxury, and lifestyle categories

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and be on the team selling big, PRable ideas that excite clients and generate earned media coverage
  • Work closely with account, strategy, client, and interagency teams to concept and refine creative strategies for campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives
  • Spearhead ideation that spans creative platforms to social-first executions, crafting content that drives impact, sparks conversations, and resonates with Gen Z & diverse audiences
  • Identify cultural moments and trends to develop quick-turn, reactive creative activations against that position our brands as agile and culturally relevant
  • Liaise with the agency’s creative services team as needed for support and to guide larger creative ideation
  • Ensure creative excellence across the portfolio of spirit brands, proving our value as a trusted partner and helping us continue to grow our scope across brands

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $140,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
