Job Description

As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure that quality patient care is delivered while maintaining clinical operations. As the facility leader, you will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will enter the Clinical Leadership Program that supports continuous learning for managers, covering onboarding, essential functions, leading your business, and advanced leadership. Responsibilities include managing clinic operations such as costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards; providing leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports; partnering with internal HR, Quality, and Technical Services; overseeing the Home Therapies Program; maintaining medical and operations records; managing clinic financials; ensuring compliance with network reporting and surveys; coordinating all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge; educating patients on quality measures and treatment options; managing patient schedules and eligibility; supporting staff hiring, training, evaluations, and scheduling; facilitating physician privileges and maintaining strong physician relationships; and participating in interdisciplinary governing bodies. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, RN licensure, 6+ years business operations experience in healthcare, 12 months clinical nursing experience, and 6 months dialysis nursing experience. Physical demands include desk work, patient interaction, travel between facilities, and potential exposure to infectious materials. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
