This is a position with grade 14 This position reports to Regional Business Blending Line Manager Your role and responsibilities As a Project Engineer, you will be the technical lead and/or design authority for Process Automation engineering projects in the Blending & Formulation Systems business line, both in the US and globally. Your responsibilities include providing technical support, details, and deliverables to our existing and prospective customers. The role offers a hybrid or remote work model and is based in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH. You will mainly be accountable for: Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures for engineering assignments. Providing technical support during testing, installation, and commissioning activities. Assisting in preparing proposals and presentations for engineering projects. Performing design verification using checklists according to standards and guidelines. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high-performing team where you can thrive. Qualifications for the role At least 2 years of engineering experience, preferably working with PLC and/or DCS systems. Preferably 2 years of experience with Batch MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Experience working closely with customers to shape and deliver solutions, and utilizing feedback for project improvements. Ability to develop and review standard processes, tools, and techniques. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements. Ability to create and deliver work plans, budgets, and conduct risk assessments. Supporting contract managers in handling project scope changes, costs, and risks. Helping resolve technical issues remotely and onsite within the US and globally.
